The Adorable Kids website shares the “journey of a home –based business. “ Our goal is to inform and support fabric artists who envision a viable home-based business. The website pages discuss our start up years, the up and running years, and the current years. We encourage your comments and feed-back.
Adorable Kids is a home-based sewing business. Our primary focus is to share the Good News one thread at a time with customized small to medium size quilts and throws. The projects include: children quilts and throws, wall-hangings, table runners, and memory quilts.
At the onset of our business, our primary products were customized Christening sets, Confirmation dresses, Mother and Daughter dresses, and Flower Girl dresses. During the early years of 2000, the changing market conditions caused us to refocus our primary products. Therefore, we changed our focus to customized quilts and throws. Our community outreach includes: Quilts for Kids, Con Kerr Cancer Pillowcases, and the Linus Project. Left-over fabrics are donated to Re-Loom, (Decatur, GA.)
Our sewing membership: East Cobb Quilters Guild, Brown Sugar Stitchers Quilters Guild, and the American Sewing Guild.
We have an inventory of children’s quilts and table runners made for prior craft shows. During the next 24 months, we are reducing this inventory and selling them on this site.
Thank you for your interest.
